น้ำผึ้งตกผลึกเป็นไรไหมIs it a problem if the honey crystallises?
ไม่เป็นไรเลย การตกผลึกเป็นเรื่องธรรมชาติของน้ำผึ้งแท้ที่ไม่ผ่านความร้อนสูง เป็นสัญญาณที่ดีด้วยซ้ำ หากอยากให้กลับมาเหลว แช่ขวดในน้ำอุ่น (ไม่ร้อนจัด) สักครู่ก็พอNot at all. Crystallisation is natural for raw honey that hasn’t been over-heated — it’s actually a good sign. To return it to liquid, simply rest the jar in warm (not hot) water for a while.
เก็บรักษาอย่างไรHow should I store it?
เก็บในที่แห้ง อุณหภูมิห้อง ไม่ต้องแช่ตู้เย็น ใช้ช้อนแห้งทุกครั้งเพื่อไม่ให้มีน้ำหรือความชื้นเข้าไป น้ำผึ้งแท้เก็บได้นานมากโดยไม่เสียKeep it somewhere dry at room temperature — no fridge needed. Always use a dry spoon so no water gets in. Pure honey keeps for a very long time without spoiling.

When a season runs out, the next one has to wait. In between, we point you to other seasonal produce from the same community.
